Required Qualifications
- University degree and excellent academic record
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and on your own,
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Willingness to work remotely
- An excellent understand of the DIFC and ADGM regulatory environment
- A working understanding of EU regulation in particular MIFID AND Basel will be advantageous
- Must be DFSA/FSRA Approved person for carrying out compliance roles
The Role
You will work in teams of 3 – 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of an outsourced compliance engagement which will include undertaking a detailed CMP for firms. Implementing robust compliance systems and controls framework. Providing senior management reports for board review, undertaking client onboarding and suitability analysis. Be able to oversee a detailed regulatory risk assessment as and when required. Candidates will be required to provide training to the firms they shall be assigned to and must have a good understanding of how a financial services firm is regulated.
